Our SCS-GDSX-8004 is a compact yet powerful single switch (one channel) gate driver for all your power electronics needs; it has several protection features with on board isolated supply that ensures reliability and efficient performance.

- Available for IGBT, MOSFET and SiC MOSFET switches with suitable negative voltage drive.
- 3.3 volts and 5 volts pulse support, directly compatible with controller no need of additional interface circuits.
- Up to 80 kHz switching frequency.
