High performance Intelligent Power Module
SCS has launched high performance half-bridge and single switch Intelligent Power Modules for SiC and Si based power switches that integrate its advance gate drivers.
This IPM comes with our advanced gate drivers having multiple protection features, power switches, snubbers, and cooling arrangements. It is powerful yet compact in size leading to achieve higher power densities. Some of the key features are,
Max switch voltages 1200 Volts.
Max switch current 50 Amp.
Max switching frequency 80 kHz.
Inbuilt snubbers.
Inbuilt heatsink.
Multiple stack formation possible.
